How do I book a transfer?

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept Argentine pesos, Brazilian reais, US dollars, and cards. We coordinate payment before the trip.
What documents do I need to cross the border?
To cross into Brazil or Paraguay you need a valid ID or passport. I'll guide you before departure.
Where do you pick me up?
At the airport, your hotel, or any agreed point in Puerto Iguazú. I also pick up in Foz and Ciudad del Este.
How many passengers fit in the vehicle?
Our van fits up to 10 passengers with luggage or 13 without. We also have cars for smaller groups. For larger groups, we can coordinate.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
I monitor flights in real time. If there's a delay, I adjust the pickup time at no extra charge.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, you can cancel or modify at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice. Just message me on WhatsApp.
